Burn Off Ovens

Burn off ovens are designed to remove cured paint, epoxies, and plastisols from metal parts and paint-line hanging fixtures. The oven accomplish this quickly, effectively and safely. The Burn Off ovens ensures that electrostatic paint line hanging fixtures are kept clean with no solvents, no acids, no sand-blasting, no disposal problems, and no pollution.

Controlled application of heat in an essentially air-free environment decomposes unwanted materials to harmless, fragile ash. Vented effluents pass through an afterburner emitting a pollution-free discharge of carbon dioxide and water vapor.
